Ensuring data quality requires the
upkeep of an optimum level of respondent engagement. To achieve this, fine
control of both operations and communication is required to maintain
respondents’ interest.
To this end, we have implemented
processes that favour respondent engagement, such as:
- We contact them for research purposes only.
- We offer them a higher level of involvement through the combination of
qualitative and quantitative experiences.
- We offer them the option to complete two (2) surveys per month.
- We share certain research findings with them.
- We listen to them and respond to their concerns promptly.
- We have an internally designated privacy officer who handles all inquiries.
