We have a high-end phone room with 45 CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) stations with access to the Interviewer software from Voxco and the Dash software from Dash Software Limited. Our stations are also Web enabled CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interviewing) in order to offer you maximum flexibility.

In addition, we have two distinct remote monitoring modules that enable you to monitor the work of our interviewers in the comfort of your office or home.

Whether you wish to mandate us for the full management of your project or are simply looking for some interviewing hours to help you complete a project that is already being fielded in your own phone room, we are available to help you achieve your objectives!
