We, Impact Recherche, have been working with MBA Recherche for more than 10 years. We work with MBA for focus groups as well as for quantitative projects. For the latter, we use MBA’s whole spectrum of services (telephone data collection, online data collection, panel, programming, coding). Even if that relationship has evolved along the years, many key elements have remained stable: The service is efficient, fast, and transparent. Difficulties are quickly dealt with. Moreover, the management is very well aware of ongoing projects. So, we have the feeling that we are the most important client in the world. Is there anything more important?
